The host structure adopts single screw compressor, lubricating medium adopt purified water of drinkable standard, the whole compression system does not have any lubricating oil, and the high performance water filter was installed, therefore, 100% clean compressed air is provided for special production processes.
 
The shell and screw rotor are made of 304 stainless steel and equipped with sealing materials which were imported from Germany, to ensure that the rotor's seal and engagement are optimized, increased volumetric efficiency and extend service life.

High performance grease bearings are designed in the exclusive chamber of the mechanical seal bearing, ensure the cleanliness of the compression chamber, avoid the influence of water vapor and vacuum pressure on the bearing, and greatly improve the reliability of the air compressor host.

The use of German imports of water separation and water softening system to ensure that lubrication, sealing, noise reduction and cooling function to the best, coupled with microcomputer operation control and protection system, and according to the system needs to control the water and electric action automatically, saving energy consumption.

The host and the motor are directly driven by coupling. The separating tank and all pipelines are made of stainless steel. The structure of the whole machine is simple, and it can be used as soon as connected with water and electricity.

Comparison of advantages between water lubrication and dry type compressor

Ⅰ.Cleaning Air

Water-lubricated oil-free single-screw air compressor:
Using pure water as lubricant and cooling medium, the working system does not have any oil components, the impurities in the air are rinsed with lubricating water during the compression process, clearing the turbidity in the air, and the final exhaust gas is the cleanest.

Dry oil - free twin - screw air compressor:
Although there is no oil in the compression chamber, the gearbox gears need to rely on oil to lubricate. Due to dry friction will make high temperature in compression chamber, extremely high temperatures can easily cause deterioration or leakage of gearbox lubricants, the smell of oil is emitted and released in the atmosphere, after re-inhalation and do cycle compression in compression chamber. Therefore, the final exhaust gas can not be purified
 
Ⅱ.Working temperature and speed

Water-lubricated oil-free single-screw air compressor:
The exhaust temperature is no more than 50℃ and the speed is 2950 r/min. The advantages of the system structure are highlighted as follows: it not require gear to speed up,low speed, low exhaust temperature, low noise and low vibration, simple structure, easy to maintain and durable.

Dry oil - free twin - screw air compressor:
The working exhaust temperature up to 200℃, the speed is above 18000 r/min, need gearbox to speed up, high speed, high noise, high compression temperature, two-stage compression, many vulnerable parts and more obvious complex structure brings many drawbacks.

Ⅲ.Energy efficiency

Water-lubricated oil-free single-screw air compressor:
The working principle is to inject pure water directly in the compression chamber. Because the specific heat value of water is high, so the air is almost isothermal compression in the compression chamber, and isothermal compression is the most ideal and lowest energy consuming compression in the process of air compression.

Dry oil - free twin - screw air compressor:
The working principle is that the air through the first stage compression and then into the second stage compression, dry friction will produce high temperature in compression chamber, especially, the temperature of the second stage compression chamber is extremely. This high temperature difference compression is an insurmountable threshold for dry compressors, and it is difficult to achieve the best energy efficiency in the gas compression process.

Water lubricated single screw air compressor using water lubrication to achieve the purpose of no oil in the compressed air. The fundamental reason for single screw can achieve lubrication through water is the structural advantages of itself: That is although the single screw is worm drive star wheel, this pair of friction pairs does not transmit torque.
